The cessation of maritime port operations due to Russian assaults poses a risk not only to grain exports but also to the import of fuel, fertilizers, and raw materials for Ukraine’s industrial sector. This was stated by Iryna Kosse, a leading research fellow at the Institute for Economic Research.
