DIM Group of Companies is pioneering a unique, unprecedented long-term installment program in Ukrainian real estate, denominated in Hryvnia, among developer offerings.
We notice that buyers approach us who dream of their own apartment or need to improve their living conditions, but for various reasons do not qualify for government programs, – notes Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, managing partner of DIM Group of Companies. – It is precisely for them that we have developed a new company product to meet the growing demand among Ukrainians who cannot utilize the state program «єОселя» but are interested in acquiring quality housing in the comfortable+ segment and above.
Terms of the long-term Hryvnia installment plan from DIM Group of Companies:
- Term – up to 10 years with the possibility of early repayment.
- Price fixation in Hryvnia. The cost per square meter is fixed in the contract, without being tied to the currency exchange rate or market price increases.
- Fixed interest rate: 10% per annum in Hryvnia.
- Initial payment – from 30%.
A preferential rate of 8% per annum is available specifically for military personnel, emergency service workers, and military medics.
Increases in construction costs, currency fluctuations, and general price hikes will not affect changes to the fixed price per square meter in Hryvnia at the time of contract signing.
The pilot project for the long-term Hryvnia installment plan is valid throughout June and July in large quarter-development complexes: «Metropolis», Lucky Land, and Park Lake City. Additionally, only 10 apartments in the Olegiv Podil club house are available under these terms.
During this period, DIM will be able to assess the actual demand among citizens who cannot access state programs and long-term installments, and subsequently continue and scale the program to other residential complexes.
