The Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin has cynically begun to claim that Armenia could repeat the “Ukrainian scenario” due to its European integration plans. Moreover, he threatened to “level to the ground” any country that attempts to attack the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation.
Main points:
- Putin fears the final loss of another Russian ally – Armenia.
- He also reiterated that the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine will end soon.
Putin resorts to intimidation again
The head of the Kremlin made a statement on this matter during a press conference following the EAEU summit in Astana.
Commenting on Yerevan’s aspirations for European integration, Volodymyr Putin decided to compare this situation with the events in Ukraine.
I have already mentioned this. The crisis in Ukraine once began with attempts by Ukraine to join the EU. We were not against it.

Volodymyr Putin
Russian dictator
Against this backdrop, the Russian dictator reacted to a recent statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys.
Crucially, the latter claimed that in the event of a conflict, NATO could completely destroy Russian bases in the Kaliningrad region.
In response, the head of the Kremlin stated that he is ready to “level to the ground those who try to do this.”
In addition, Putin began to fabricate that Russian troops are advancing in all directions of the front in Ukraine, but added that he would not name specific terms for the end of the “SMO” in the context of hostilities.
